Hello and Welcome to In The Light Photography! I am an East Valley, Arizona fine art photographer and digital artist. My main goal is to capture the inner and outer beauty of my subjects, while holding true to the intentions of the Creator, while photographing His magnificent works of art. I believe that all creation points back to God, the One who made it, and I want my artwork to reflect who He is, through it's appearance and the story behind each piece.

Hello! My name is Jeanette Brown and I am a Christian, who has been married to her best friend for almost 24 years now. I’m the mother of four incredible and unique kids, a seeker of truth, lover of light, and planter of trees! I’ve been told that I can be exuberant and excessive, so expect to have a lot of fun and to make a lot of photographs to choose from!
I am all about truth! In a world where truth has gotten less and less popular, I want to saturate myself in it. Truth and light go hand in hand because when light lands on something, the darkness, that has been hiding it, has to go. My prayer for every session is that God would help me capture photographs that illustrate who He created my subject to be, that He would show me how to use light in a way that emphasizes their strengths, beauty, and individuality, and that they would leave our session feeling empowered and loved.
The thing that draws me to photography is the idea of capturing light. I love how lighting can change the mood of any theme. I believe that with the proper lighting, any subject can reflect the intention of the Creator. So, no matter what my subject is, I bring with me a love for photography and a desire to capture, not only the moment at hand, but also the spark of life that makes my subject so unique and special.
