Peach-faced lovebirds seem to stay in pairs or larger groupings, they sleep cuddled up to one another. Years ago, some pets escaped in the greater Phoenix area and the population of wild lovebirds has blossomed ever since. They have a very distinctive chirp and they make the desert look a bit more exotic.
