This waterfall is at the Japanese Friendship Garden in Phoenix, Az., otherwise known as Ro Ho En. This garden has a lovely Koi pond, stone footbridges and many different varieties of plants. The colors are slightly different in real life. When I had finished processing this peice, I asked my daughters what I should name it. My oldest thought it should be, "Rainbow Forest". The 4 yr. old wanted to call it, "Waterfall With A Lot of Rocks." We compromised with, "Rainbow Falls".
